The video was good and of good quality. My soon to be 4 year old watched it at least 7/8 times. Good value for the money too.
I however wish that there were more names to choose from and maybe more languages too.

Excellent videos and quick turnaround time! I would like it if there were a few more places that we could add more photos and also to pick a custom saying from Santa (ex. suggestions for the kids, what he thinks about them, etc) instead of having to pick from set ones.

It was an amazing experience. I would like to thank all the team at Elfisanta. At the begining I was worried that this might not be true BUT the video was received in less than 24 hrs. We played it on Christmas Eve. The girls were so surprised and amazed when they heard Santa calling them by their names. I can't forget their facial expressions and their laughs when they saw their photos. Thank you for making this Christmas so special.

The end product was great. I wish there had been a step-by-step direction on how to start the process, and especially how to pay. I was confused because I paid before making the video. After making the video, it seemed like I was supposed to pay again.

I have used Elfi, for the past 6 years and I love the variety of the Santa stories, also the option to pick certain advice for your child. It is truly a magical moment when my son sees his message and photos of himself, I would like to think my son will believe in this forever but being 10 now, i'm not sure how long we have left in this beautiful time of innocence and belief.

Magical and heartwarming videos
I’ve been ordering Elfi videos for the last 5 years and my girls look forward to them every year. They are excellent and magical!
I would suggest to add some modern culture (a dance similar to Tik Toks, etc) to keep it interesting and up to date.
I like how the video didn’t show the presents that the kids want, that’s a better option. Also not to focus so much on the good/naughty list. Great changes.

This is my second year ordering an Elfi…
This is my second year ordering an Elfi video for my three children. The variation is videos is great so that they don’t get the same one each year. All three of my children love it! They feel extra special getting a personal message from Santa! The only negative is my youngest has an unusual name so it wasn’t recognised and so Santa didn’t pronounce it correct. Everything else is brilliant

Very happy with my purchase
The quality of the videos are excellent. I love the storyline and all the special effects. They are truly magical videos. My only concern was with the way my daughter's name was pronounced. It was a little off to me but she loved it. Also, in the 2nd video I purchased, he seemed to say her name a lot. Maybe even too much?
Those are my only complaints but I will still buy the videos again in the future.

The experience was magical! The children's eyes glowed as they listened to every detail Santa had to say to them. They were amazed he knew so much about them. I will absolutely do this again. My only feedback is I would like to see Santa in diverse skin tones. Thank You!

The only thing that let it down was was one name (Huxley) was missing…I have requested it for next year.. please include it as it would have been amazing…but it was still ok. And if you include Huxley I’m sure we will use the service again next year.we will probably have the phone call too
