It truly a magical experience for all of us especially for the children, who due to the pandemic could not visit Santa and his elves in his grotto. The children loved every moment of the video calls booked for father christmas and the elves. As a parent, I would highly recommend it as an alternative way to keep the magic alive within themselves. I hope to see more of this magical experience in the future.

Den Film ansich fand ich gut, allerdings musste ich für meine Kinder zwei Filme kaufen, weil beim ersten Mal nicht klar war, dass bei den Fotos alle Kinder auf jedem Bild sein sollten. So hatte ich jeweils ein Bild pro Kind, was dann im Film keinen Sinn mehr gemacht hat. Kann ich den ersten Film zurückgeben?
Ein wirklich süsses Video. Wir haben es schon zum 2. mal gemacht und unser Sohn war wieder total begeistert.

Zabrakło mi bardziej personalizowanej oferty dla dwójki dzieci- żeby w filmie każde z nich poczuło się potraktowane bardziej osobiście i indywidualnie, a nie ogólnie zwrotem "dzieci". Uważam też, że żądanie formularzu oceny zapakowania przesyłki w przypadku dostarczenia pliku drogą elektroniczną jest zupełnie bez sensu, a inaczej formularz się nie zamknie. Dlatego za zapakowanie dałem 1, bo mnie to wkurza

w wideo dla dwójki dzieci Mikołaj wymienia również imiona dzieci, jak również gdy film jest dla 3 dzieci. Pytania w formularzu oceny są standardowe dla wszystkich produktów i ustalane przez Opineo. Przykro nam, że dane pytanie nie jest adekwatne i nie da się go pominąć.

Pas possible de passer commande depuis mon téléphone ni mon ordinateur malgré les mises à jour faites. L'accès aux photos est bloqué. J'ai dû le faire avec le téléphone de quelqu'un d'autre.
