Wonderful video that brought lots of magic to our Christmas. In a year when Santa's Grottos were cancelled due to covid, these 8 minutes brought excitement and joy to our little ones faces.
The video from Santa was impressive and my son was in awe! He watched it twice!! Everything looked so magical and real...the family photos and messages were put together beautifully and we all enjoyed the video as a family on xmas eve! The videos represent Magical stories forKids and adults alike! Delivered within just a few hours providing exceptional customer service. I liked how the videos can be edited even once created to modify pictures. 2 suggestions for improvement :1) Family photos should be displayed in bigger screen size and for longer to allow the kids to soak in the experience of seeing themselves in Santa’s home. The photo album pic was too small in size and disappointing.2) Names were not pronounced correctly for both my kids which madeThem not believe in the whole concept - “how come Santa doesn’t know how to say our names?”. I have submitted family members names to be included as they’re missing - would have liked to create videos for them but as they didn’t get included in the list , couldn’t create videos for them.

Esperienza molto positiva il video ha lasciato a bocca aperta mia figlia e poi sarà un bel ricordo da guardare anche negli anni a venire.
Non ho messo 5 strlle perché il sistema di pagamento non è molto chiaro, nel senso che uno prepare il proprio video poi paga ma non si realizza subito il video ma si riceve una mail con un vaucer che serve poi per realizzare il video e perciò bisogna inserire nuovamente tutte le personalizzazioni.

Bin im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden meine Tochter guckte sehr ehrfürchtig den Film 😃als Verbesserung würde ich vorschlagen den besonderen Menschen mit Namen zu benennen und die Tiere auch
Meine Tochter war absolut begeistert und sie fand es hervorragend, dass der Weihnachtsmann wohl tatsächlich sie persönlich anspricht im Video und erst die Fotos! Und woher er das alles weiß, staunte sie.
Einen Manko haben wir: der Satz :“ich weiß, dass du aus Deutschland bist.“ find ich unpassend. Schöner wäre gewesen, man hätte eher städtemäßig ins Detail gehen können. Sonst top und danke !

Ich fand die Idee und die Umsetzung sehr schön!!! Meine kleine Tochter (7Jahre) war fasziniert, erstaunt und unendlich stolz. Ich habe es auch für meine große Tochter gekauft, allerdings war dies nicht gut überlegt, denn wenn ich es beiden vorgespielt hätte, hätte die kleine Maus sofort gemerkt, dass es nicht echt ist, weil es zwei gleiche Filme wären. Eine Auswahl an Filmen wäre ideal. Sonst immer wieder gerne!!!! Meine Maus stellt noch nach Tagen viele Fragen über den Weihnachtsmannfilm.

Haben das Video vom Weihnachtsmann Haus. Sooooooo toll! Unsere 3 Jährige hat es kurz vor der Bescherung zu sehen bekommen und war einfach total aufgeregt und baff, dass sie persönlich ein Video vom Weihnachtsmann bekommen hat. Sogsr mit Fotos von ihr, unserem Haus und ihrer Mama. Echt toll!!! Top! Vielen Dank! Auch die Großeltern waren total begeistert davon. :) nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder.
Das Video war wie erwartet super. Die kleine fande es toll. Vorallem das der Weihnachtsmann zum Schluss sein Baby Foto gezeigt hat. Hatten es jetzt schon das zweite Jahr gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Video war toll. Die Darsteller waren super. Wir hatten ein Video für drei Kinder bestellt und es wäre sehr schön gewesen, wenn man für die einzelnen Kinder die Aussagen individueller gestalten hätte können.
Schnelle, unkomplizierte und märchenhaft individualisierte Lieferung der Weihnachtsbotschaft. Die Kindern und die gesamte Familie haben grosse Augen gemacht und wollten sich das Video mehrmals in den darauffolgenden Weihnachtstagen ansehen. Zukünftige Bestellungen sind daher nicht ausgeschlossen. Besonders die Videos & Stories für Kinder gefallen sehr.
