An excellent service. Good value too.I was able to re-edit the video even after downloading the 1st version which was a pleasant surprise. I changed the photos and a bit of text to make the final video perfect. The Christmas discount made the deal even sweeter. The video was available well within the promised timescale. If you've not used this service before, I'd highly recommend it. I burned the file onto a DVD and put it in a CD case with a special printed card , posted it through the letter box (mailed from the north pole - lol). It was a nice surprise for my grand-daughter.

A contagem do tempo de entrega (geração do vídeo) tem início quando o pagamento é creditado na conta da Elfi (e não a partir do pagamento do pedido). Com isso, o vídeo só começa a ser gerado no tempo escolhido (2h, 6h ou 24) após finalização do pagamento :)
O seu pagamento está sendo processado (o pagamento via boleto pode demorar até 1 dia útil para consolidar), mas caso queira, pode nos enviar o comprovante de pagamento que agilizamos o processo.

O seu vídeo está pronto (desde 22/12). Você deveria ter recebido um e-mail automático com o link de download. Infelizmente, às vezes o hotmail bloqueia os emails da Elfi pois acha que é spam. Você pode ver se está no lixo eletrônico.
Saiba que você sempre tem acesso ao seu vídeo (e qualquer outro pedido) logando na sua Conta do Cliente no site da Elfi. De qualquer forma, acabo de enviar o link para o seu e-mail :)

Super Video, enthält alles was Kinder sich vorstellen, wenn sie an den Weihnachtsmann denken! Auch Skeptiker, die nicht genau wissen ob es den Weihnachtsmann gibt, können noch überzeugt werden. 1 Punkt Abzug, da der Name unserer Tochte noch nicht in der Liste dabei war. Wir konnten eine Alternative wählen und der Name wurde für das nächste Jahr in den Katalog mitaufgenommen.
Unsere Tochter wurde überzeugt und war mega happy!
