It was very nice to be able to send my grandkids a personal letter from Santa. The only problem I ran into was that my edited letter was too long and didn't show up and I could not edit it, but had to completely rewrite it. But since it was free, I guess that's worth the price. Thanks for all the other options you have available.

Absolutely amazing! The different options for the age groups as well as the ability to add your own special touch so that it’s more personable is a added bonus! Our grandchildren felt so special!! Now if there was an option for a print out of Santa’s stamp so that it added even more of a realistic touch it would be 100% complete!!

The letters are absolutely wonder. I leave letters in my kids stockings every year and try to write something different and it is more and more difficult. My kids are all getting a little older bit still look forward to tie letters. So thankful I was able to find letters to teenagers and so well written. The background is so beautiful.

The letter was for my nieces and nephew, who are living in a safe house with their mother (my sister), due to their father being a butt. They all cried when they read the letter.
